Take CR 636 south of Dover for 1.2 miles. Cross over NJ 10 (636 becomes Mill Brook Av.) Continue on Mill Brook Av. for .5 mile and turn right onto Grist Mill Rd. Mill ahead on the right side.

A smaller 35'x25' red frame grist mill dating back to 1798. Some of the other early industrial buildings listed on the historical sign may have been restored or replicas built since the visit to the area in October 1992.
