Off Old Bethlehem Pike (Old Pa 309) in the south end of Sellersville, take Clymer Av. (T433) west for 3/4 mile almost to junction with Branch Road (T336). The mill is on the right.

A small fieldstone mill, 30'x40' dimensions. The miller's house is to the right, holding up the old millstone.

Originally had an overshot waterwheel, but was converted to a turbine.

It is 1.5 stories in the front and 2.5 stories in the rear. The miller's house, where the flag is flying, is nearby.
