This mill is located on the west side of Hahns Dairy Road, about 0.1 miles north of Little Gap Road in the town of Little Gap, about ten miles east of Lehighton.

The small mill almost looks like it was used as a church or community/grange hall at one time.

An old steel "I beam" bridge, with concrete buttresses, crosses Hunter's Creek on the upstream side and behind the mill. The bridge is blocked to traffic and no longer in use.

On an 1875, atlas the mill property was owned by Mr. D. Serfass.
