The Hebron Milling Co. building was built in 1880 by Mr. William Bebout, where the National Trail/US 40 and the Ohio Canal crossed in the village of Hebron.

The mill sat on the edge of the "turning basin", where canal boats docked to load and unload. Bebout operated the mill as a flour and saw mill.
