It was a frame feed mill. Raymond and Maurice Warner owned the mill from 1931-1950's.

The frame portion was taken down in 1999. William & George Warner owned and operated the mill from 1959 to the present day.

The cement portion of the mill was built in 1948 to 1958.

As seen in the photo, the feed mill still enjoys a good business clientele, although the mill structure ia vastly different.
