The mill is situated on the west side of Pa 44 about 0.3 miles south of the Pa 44 & Pa 254 junction at Jerseytown.

About 1887, Samuel Farnsworth built and equipped a modern flour and feed mill on the S. B. & B. RR/Conrail at Jerseytown.
