This pioneer industry was established in 1866 by worker of the Morman Church. A new building, 30' X 40' has been completed and equiped with a steam grain rolling plane with electric power for steam rolling wheat, barley, and grains for feed.
Custom grain rolling will be done. A dependable outlet for the quality flour has long been established in the intermountain region.
The mills website: www.giltedgeflour.com used to be the companies website. The site will not connect anymore. Does anyone know if the company is still operating?
