Coiner's Mill
Take US 340 north from Waynesboro to the town of Dooms. Turn west on Sh 611, cross the creek and the mill sits back, on the right, in an open field several hundred feet. To get to the mill turn on the next road to the right, Rockfish Road/Sh 865. Turn right at the first house on the right, which is the private entrance to the mill. Permission is needed, because one must use the private driveway to get to the mill.
The 2.5 story frame mill on stone foundation has a 2 story 20'X 45' frame addition.
Thye building on the left is most probably a saw mill, also water-powered.

A very nicely situated mill, kept up fairly well. More info is needed.
