Hunterdon Co. New Jersey  The ruins of the Tiger / Geist Grist mill that Burned in 1973. The mill was a frame building of 3 stories with a stone foundation. Latest word has been that there is possibly a plan to rebuild the mill as an historic interpretive / educational structure. Perry Co. Pennsylvania  Sometimes known as Stouffer Mill, Billow Mill, or Smith Mill. The first mill was built of logs by Jacob Stouffer around 1827. |
