The ruins consist of a few stone walls. This photo shows the inlet arch of the former 3 story frame mill with stone foundation. The mill was operated by the Keyser family from 1855 until it closed in 1923. Since the mill closed, an enterprise in the village of Oaks has operated as a feed and fuel business
