The mill is a smaller 2.5 story limestone structure about 20'X 35' in size. The concrete silo has been converted into part of the residence structure with a room on each of 3 stories. The mill had been a dairy barn at some time. Not sure if it was before the mill or after the mill.

Local information has it that the second floor of the mill was used for for play performances and social hall type occasions for the local residents. The property has been neglected in recent years, and is not open to public viewing at this time; although, Mr. Wickerham is working to improve the condition of the mill and property. Erik E.
