The mill was moved from it's original location. The 2.5 story mill was still actively operating as afeed mill in April of 1998, although not in the best of condition. The real attraction of Bay is the limestone store and large limestone barn on either side of Sh K on the south edge of town.

Directions:
About5/6 miles east of Mt. Sterling turn left off of US 50 and go north on Sh K for 3 miles to the community of Bay. Turn left at north edge of town on Fowler Rd. The mill is immediately on the right.
