Pictures by: Robert T. Kinsey 01/02/2007 - The steel, Fitz overshot wheel. The water came from a millrace across the road, then channeled under the road into the small addition to the left from of the mill, comming out the slit in the concrete. There must have been an extension/sluice fron the building out over the wheel for the wheel to turn as an overshot wheel, unless the wheel has been turned around.
